Days that had passed me by

Its already the 22nd of Febuary. Time flies uh.

Well, I just earned myself 2 new cuts on my finger and thumb while handling the white radish. Work nowadays is still the same, I really don't know when will I be a successful chef. Perhaps, I should really enrol myself in Shatec and at least achieve a diploma in something.

So how was your CNY this year?

I went to Jin Feng's house on the CNY eve, and his family members are so cute, especially Sally eh. That horny dog kept wanting Jin Feng to stroke her nipples. .............................. Cute la. And Jin Feng came over to my house for a renuion dinner with my family and relatives, definitely he went pitch silent and his eyes were only looking at the steamboat and his bowl.

Went over to Zikai house as well, AND I FUCKING HELL LOST 44 BUCKS!! This will never fail to remind that I SHALL NOT BET $0.50 per fold ANYMORE! And this issue made me went grumbling all day long. Having insufficient sleep, my speed of making the sushi and maki distinctively shot down to 1 roll/30 mins.

And ya, thinking back about Valentines day, guess where I had my dinner at?

Its not that Jin Feng is stingy or what okay? I can say that all the restaurants (regardless of taste) in the whole of Singapore were fully packed and the queue seems to be longer than the normal TOTO/4D queues. Suprisingly uh, Singaporeans do cherish their love ones a lot.

Starting afresh

Hey guys!

Thanks for all the advices and greetings for me. I do miss you guys a lot too!!!!

Okay, now I shall announce that I am offically working in Ichiban Boshi ( IMM branch).
Tomorrow will be my first day of my life which I can enter the kitchen and work as a cook. I hope everything will be fine and I WON'T CUT MY FINGERS OR SCALD MYSELF tomorrow. When I mastered the skills, definitely a very appealing and appeasing meal for all of you whipped up by me.

Lost again

I am stuck. I am in confusion.

Should I continue with Yen Dining and then save up money to go for Shatec?


OR


Should I join Ichiban Boshi as a cook?

I reall'y don't know which one to choose. Actually working as a cook isn't that bad, but the restuarant is too far away from my house. Its at Jurong IMM okay? Very fucking far eh. How man?

I am feeling very lost.
